Daveillia is a detached house where people are supported to live independently. Daveillia has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room, as well as a laundry room and conservatory. The property is adapted for wheelchairs throughout the ground floor and there is level access leading to the patio garden, where people can enjoy the fresh air when the weather is good. Daveillia has three bedrooms - the upstairs room has an ensuite included, while the other rooms make use of the shared, ground floor wet room. Assistive technology can be tailored to each room, depending on the needs of each individual.

Daveillia is an ideal home for a young person aged between 19 and 30, who has a sociable manner. The current resident is a 21-year-old woman with cerebral palsy. She likes dancing, singing, listening to music and being with her friends. She enjoys spending time in the community and wants to work in the future.
