Condover Close
Life-changing support for adults with learning difficulties, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and low-level mental health conditions.
Type of property
Condover Close is a relaxed shared property where people are supported to live independently. The accessible, detached bungalow has three bedrooms, a shared wet room style bathroom, water closet, laundry room, kitchen, lounge and dining room. There is also an accessible, shared garden with a patio, which leads to a newly revamped sensory room for residents to use. Life at Condover Close would be well suited to people with brain injuries, learning and physical disabilities, low-level mental health conditions, or people living on the autistic spectrum.

Living at this service
Condover Close is the perfect property for a man over 30 years of age. The men we support here are extremely easy going, so they would welcome people with a range of personalities. Everyone is welcome - we will assess each person to make sure they are the right fit for the property. The current residents are men aged 47 and 93. The elder man has age-related illnesses and limited mobility and is non-verbal. He loves watching television in his chair, as well as socialising with others and listening to music. The other man has short term memory loss caused by a stroke. He enjoys shopping, going for walks, socialising and spending some time by himself.
“Condover Close is a quiet property. It’s not too secluded, yet it still benefits from a peaceful atmosphere. The people we support here are calm, friendly and easy-going, which gives a really homely environment.” Manager, Condover Close
