Bellevue
Life-changing support for adults with learning difficulties, autism, physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries.
Type of property
Bellevue is a tranquil property where people are supported to live independently. The accessible dormer bungalow has three bedrooms, a shared wet room style bathroom, laundry room, kitchen and an open-plan lounge and dining room. There is also an accessible, shared garden with a patio. Each room can be tailored with assistive technology, to suit the needs of the individual.
Valued in your community
At Bellevue, we’re fortunate to be located just a short walk from a range of vibrant shops, parks, cafes and pubs. Nearby Birmingham and Solihull offer larger amenities, including the Thinktank Science Museum, the Bullring Shopping Centre, O2 Academy, Sealife Centre, and a number of theatres, art galleries and libraries.
Living at this service
Bellevue is the perfect property for a woman over 30 years of age. The current resident is in her 50s, and lives with cerebral palsy and moderate learning difficulties. She enjoys a quiet yet social atmosphere and likes to go out, so someone with a similar outlook would be welcome here. Her interests include socialising, jigsaw puzzles, going to the theatre and watching television. She also enjoys going for lunch and walks, or visiting Mosley Day Centre and Park View Day Centre for the sensory room.
“Bellevue is a recently updated property with a beautiful kitchen. It is a place where people can feel at home as they become more independent. The atmosphere is always relaxed as we are located in a peaceful area. The staff pride themselves on working to meet the needs of every individual we support.” Manager, Bellevue
