Ash House is a modern detached house where people are supported to live happy, independent lives. The six person property is made up of four single person apartments plus a shared living space for two people which has a kitchen, dining room and a lounge. Each bedroom has a wet-room style en-suite and the property has a laundry room. Ash House also has an accessible garden with a patio for people to relax when the weather is good. Assistive technology includes an intercom system, door sensors, automatic lights and CCTV.

Living at this service
Ash House is an ideal home for a man aged between 20 and 50. The staff are equipped to deal with challenging behaviour, so someone with complex care needs is very welcome here. The current residents are aged between 19 and 35 and have diverse needs including learning difficulties, autism, cerebral palsy People here have varying interests including cooking, swimming, baking, watching television, listening to music, gaming, playing with toys, sensory activities, watching WWE or ice hockey, and visiting family. At Ash House, people choose how they spend their time - they particularly enjoy going for picnics when the weather is good, or visiting the local day centre.
