At All Saints people are supported to live independently while forming part of a close-knit community. The apartment building is made up of sixteen apartments, each with one bedroom and a wet room with shower. There is also an open-plan living room, with a kitchen and dining area. The shared garden is accessible and has a patio for people to use when the weather is good. Flats located on the second floor are accessible via a lift. The properties also come with assistive technology and an intercom to talk to staff.

At All Saints, we’re fortunate to be located close to Leamington Spa town centre. The local area has a lot to offer including a post office, cafes, restaurants and high-street banks. Nearby Jephson Gardens and Royal Pump Room Gardens are perfect for walks when the weather is good. People also enjoy visiting the many local art galleries and museums, and the Vue cinema. The people we support also enjoy year-round access to the Newbold Comyn Leisure Centre for gym sessions and swimming.

All Saints is an ideal home for a person aged between 21 and 65. The staff are adept at supporting the varied needs of all the current residents, making sure they really benefit from the care we can offer. The apartments have a real community feel, where residents take it in turn to cook for one another, tend to the vegetable patch, or take group trips to the park for ice cream. Every Thursday, people come together for a pub lunch, followed by an evening of karaoke. People enjoy watching television, listening to music, socialising, working and volunteering.
