Amanda brings over two decades’ experience in translating strategy into prioritized, achievable, and outcome-focused business and functional plans.

Prior to joining Lifeways in 2023, Amanda served as Director of Transformation at Nuffield Health, the UK’s largest healthcare charity.

Amanda has also held positions at notable technology and talent management organizations, such as Fujitsu and SHL. She excels in managing complex transformation portfolios and evaluating capacity, risk, financial and dependency performance.

At Lifeways, the UK’s largest supported living provider, Amanda is passionate about driving change and innovation throughout the organization. Her goal is to empower both the people we support and our colleagues.
