Richard Cunningham
Development Director - SIL
Richard has c. 30 years’ experience of working with vulnerable groups, much of this managing services working with entrenched rough sleepers in central London, before moving on to commissioning roles in local government (London Borough of Lambeth) and as a ‘Specialist’ Advisor to the Rough Sleeping Team at the then DCLG (Department for Communities and Local Government) in 2007.
In 2011 Richard moved to Care UK’s Mental Health Division as Business Development Manager before joining SIL as Development Director in 2014.
